My contract for broadband only came to an end at the end of 2023, I'm interested to renew it, if i can get an okay price - but am confused as to the pricing. There is an offer that shows for £45 a month, but then when you click to check out, it goes up to £62 a month. It doesnt matter if I click M500, or M250 or M50, whatever option will initially show a lower price, then go up to £62. screenshots below.
Has anyone had this issue?

Thank you for your post we are sorry to see this, when you select the other options does this also add on any extra cost or is it just the offer you want?

It doesn’t matter the option I click on, it will say £62 on checkout / basket
