Blueyonder email

I am being asked to provide username and password to log into my email.Unfortunately I can’t remember them.

None of this is saved in my password app on iPhone

I can open my virgin media email on website, which has my blueyonder email on sign in picture in top right corner.

My emails on Virgin media do not show all the folders I have saved, which have important information.

Please can I have a step by step guide on how to reset my username and create a password.
