Billing - 1st payment

Hi lm trying to speak to someone about my issue but not getting anywhere it says my first payment is 52poinds but when I first got in contact with you it was told I would not pay anything till October . For the first 4 months i was told two weeks ago the same thing I’m very happy with my bill after October it would be 25 pounds a month not a problem I really need someone to talk to me about this matter as my answer and mental health issues are not good at all I’m disabled now struggling to walk around a small flat

    Hi Nattyyearsley​ 

    You need to check the dates on the bill.   I've posted a copy of mine below to help explain.  

    My  billing date (when the bill is issued) is 21st August.   This covers my package for the period 19th August to 18th September.  The payment will taken from my bank account around 9th September.

    VM charge a month in advance so your first bill may be for 5 or 6 weeks,  or a full two month period, depending upon which date in the billing cycle that your services were activated.
