Billed for service before activation
I have a billing problem. I activated my Virgin Media service on 24 Feb. However the first bill I received billed me for service from 14 Feb. I contacted V M customer service and they recognised the issue and told me a bill credit of £35 would be applied (I saved the conversation). I just received my latest bill and there is no credit applied and it continues to bill me for monthly periods starting from 14th of each month. Can someone from V M help with this - not keen to call customer service given it took ages to start with and then they didn't do what they said they would do?
