Being made homeless

Through no fault of my own I am being made homeless and having to go live with family. I was on online chat for over 3 hours I am told my cancellation fee is £300 I am not in a financial position to pay it all in one go as I have recently split with my partner and I am paying for everything for my family myself. There was no empathy or help I got no where please can someone help 

 

I have proof eviction notice and also I am in touch with the council but they can’t house me yet which is why I have to stay with family who already have internet

    Hey Kage116, thank you for reaching out and a warm welcome to the community I am so sorry to hear about this.

    If you have proof of eviction from the council which is a legal document that charge would get wiped.

    I will send you a DM now so we can look into this.
