Early termination fee although being made homeless!

Hi, I hope someone can help! 
I’ve spoken to two different people who have been absolutely no help at all. 

I’m being evicted from my house through no fault of my own and the council are housing me in a hotel until temporary accommodation can be found. The two people I have spoken to don’t understand that I’m not moving to a different address, I won’t have one! 

They’re disconnecting me in a months time when I leave my property this weekend and I have to pay an early termination fee. Surely this falls under some kind of special circumstances?

Any help would be gratefully appreciated!
