So just got my virgin media bill and noticed it had gone up ?
after viewing the bill it’s telling me that I’ve changed my package and now have had added Asian Mela package !!!!
I did not add this or authorise it to be added, looking at the forums it appears this has happened to other VM customers, not happy about this as that’s £16 I can not afford to lose !!!
