Hi what’s is my area reference code for B77 5 trying to log on to account, engineer has come and have my account reference but not area code?

The account number and area code are in the monthly bill email.
I don’t have a bill yet as I’m new to Virginia, I haven’t received anything so can’t log into my account. I need the area reference to log in
