Area Reference Code

Hello,

What is the 2 digit area code for Seaham? I'm a new Virgin Media customer and I'm trying to register for ebilling and it's asking for my area reference, but I didn't get my first bill yet so I really don't know where to look for that code. My postcode is SR7 0AW

    Hi,
    If you check your emails you should have an email called "Your Virgin Media Contract", if you open it up it should have your virgin media account number and area number in the email and in your eContract.pdf.

      But I didn't find such email after checking all my emails, could you please help me find the area code directly? Thanks

        Hi CH14.

        Thanks for the update, if you look on your bill on the top right section, you will see bill date, account number and area reference.
