Applying Credit issue

Sorry to hijack your post. I’m having problems with someone adding credit to my account I’ve explained via live chat are there is no movement on it. Can anyone help?

    We're sorry to hear you're having an issue with a credit being applied. It looks as though you've created your own post so there is no links post for any context. 

    We don't have access to live chat transcripts from here.  Can you please expand further on things so we can provide some support for you?
