App says services not installed yet

My virginmedia app says services not installed despite them being installed for years. It means I can't run diagnostic tests on my equipment each time it stops working properly. I've spent hours on the phone and webchats but still not fixed. What should I do?

    Which services do yuo have and what equipment?

    For example broadband  M350 Hub3.  Bigger Combo bundle Mega TV  with TV360 box.

    Have you left VM and returned as a new customer?   

    Have you moved home since your VM was installed?

      Thanks for replying.  

      According to my account these are the services I have.  I've been a customer for 23 years with no breaks.  I've lived in the same house the entire time.  My services are currently working fine but when they don't I cannot use the app to check if the equipment is working purposely due to this issue.

      Mega TV with TV360 box

        Have you tried using our web browser rather than the app?

  • Hi kath241172 thanks for posting, although we're sorry to hear of your concerns raised regarding your My Virgin Media app. 

    If you can advise on some of the questions raised here, we may be able to advise further - sometimes when moving addresses it can create an issue with the app itself.
