Adverse credit reported when leaving Virgin Media
Not sure if this is the right area but:
On checking my credit file I have noticed that Virgin media have lodged a late payment against me when I closed my account.
I had been with this company for 25 years & closed the account due to a house move - my direct debit was left open for the final payments, these were taken but for whatever reason a late payment has been lodged.
I called and was given an email address to contact but had no reply, I resent the email today and this time got an email address rejection notification, my account has been closed & I do not have any way to contact now.
Has anyone had the same issue?
