Adding a second stream box to account

Hi,

Does anyone know how to add a second stream box to my account so I can have a box in the bedroom please? I have tried to do it via my account to manage my package but there is no option, I also tried on the webcam but that uses a dumb bottle which only responds to known commands with no option to connect talk a real person. Any advice would be welcome; at the moment I wish I had stayed with Sky.

    It depends on your TV package.

    If you are on Flex, then as far as I am aware you can't have multi room.

    If you are on a different TV package, probably Mega, then you can. Have a look at your contract or a bill to check. If you are on Flex you will need to change TV package, and that may well require a new contract.

      I have a mega tv package for 24months but it doesn't give me any options to upgrade to multiroom that I can find

        I'm sorry to hear you've been unable to add the second stream box online.

        There is a £5 delivery fee for an additional box, and a £10 monthly fee.

    In which case you will able to upgrade. Have you tried online chat, or if you have, call 0345 454 1111, or 150 on a Virgin home phone. Make sure the price is made clear whichever way you go.
