Activation fee
Hi,
I renewed my broadband subscription in June due to the other one ending in July.
My new bill has an activation fee £35 which I was told would be waived, as it has been every time I renewed.
What's the best way to resolve this? The chat function to renew took ages so would like to avoid this if possible.
