Activation Fee

I’m a new customer and have been charged an activation fee on my first bill which was not mentioned to me at any point during the conversation I had with customer services when I signed up. 

The documents I received state no upfront fees and no set up fees. This was a self install as well so no engineer was sent out. 

I would like the activation fee removed.
