Activate free netflix

Not sure if this should be in here but not sure where else to post. I took out a package that came bundled with free netflix but can't find where to activate this. Any help would be appreciated!

  • Hey Richard692, thank you for reaching out and a warm welcome to the community, we are sorry to hear you are struggling to activate your free Netflix.

    To do this follow these steps please;

     

    1 Go to your. My Virgin Media Account:

    • Log in to your account and look for a Netflix banner or tile. 
    • Click on the banner or tile to be directed to Netflix. 
    • Entre the same login in for your online account.

    Any issues let us know.

  • I am also having this same problem. I haven't received an activation email & the activation button is missing from my My account. I have contacted VM but still no resolution

      I'm sorry to hear you haven't received your Netflix activation email.

  • I am also having the same issue. Click on the redeem Netflix tab and get error message please try again later. How spoken to lots of agents on the phone to be told, we will record it and it can take 10 days bit nothing seems to get done. 
    Frustrated is an understatement as this has been going on for two months now!

  • I spoke too soon. Last night received emails from virgin and netflix. Netflix with ads set up ok after following link

  • I am having the same problem. I do not have a netflix banner on my virgin media. 

    I have contacted virgin media twice about this and have been told I will receive an email with an activation link within 72 hrs (3 weeks ago) and subsequently a call from the Netflix activation team within 48 hrs (4 days ago).
