Activate free netflix

Not sure if this should be in here but not sure where else to post. I took out a package that came bundled with free netflix but can't find where to activate this. Any help would be appreciated!

  • Hey Richard692, thank you for reaching out and a warm welcome to the community, we are sorry to hear you are struggling to activate your free Netflix.

    To do this follow these steps please;

     

    1 Go to your. My Virgin Media Account:

    • Log in to your account and look for a Netflix banner or tile. 
    • Click on the banner or tile to be directed to Netflix. 
    • Entre the same login in for your online account.

    Any issues let us know.

  • Hi, I’m having the same issue here.

    The instructions are not right. There is no entertainment services link or a Netflix tile to click on. 

    I haven’t received any email about instructions on how to activate Netflix. I have checked the app, the desktop page, the mobile page and there’s not links to activate Netflix.

    does anyone have any advice please?

      We're sorry to hear you've not yet received your Netflix activation email. This is something we can certainly check for you but in order to do that I'll need to confirm some information with you to pass security.

  • Another one having this same problem. I moved to a new package with Netflix included and still haven't received an activation email & the activation button is missing from my my VM account.

    I contacted customer service ad they said they would request an activation email is sent to me - still nothing!

      I am having exactly the same problem. Promised Netflix's with ads but no email with activation link and no tile in my virgin media account!

      as am I, I have only recently realised this is meant to be included in my package but i have not received an activation email, please resend or advise.

  • I’m having the same issues also, my package comes with a Netflix membership, I’ve been given zero direction as to how I can activate it. It has been so difficult to get through to anyone to get this arranged, I’m unsure what to do next?

     

    can you share with me how you managed to set up your account?

      There's lots of general information about using Netflix with our services here 👉 https://www.virginmedia.com/help/entertainment-services/netflix - if you head to the Q&A question at the bottom titled 'How do I activate the Netflix Service' it outlines: To activate your Netflix plan, follow the instructions in your confirmation email or simply head to your My Virgin Media account and click the Activate button in the Entertainment services section under Netflix. Make sure you activate the service within 30 days – otherwise, you can call us on 0345 454 1111 to send you a new activation link or simply head to your My Virgin Media account and click the Redeem button in the Entertainment services section under Netflix to re-enrol.

      If you haven't received an activation email, or if the button is missing from your My VM account 👉  virg.in/myVM please let us know so we can offer further help! Thanks for your patience in the meantime!🌞
