Activate free netflix

Not sure if this should be in here but not sure where else to post. I took out a package that came bundled with free netflix but can't find where to activate this. Any help would be appreciated!

    Hey Richard692, thank you for reaching out and a warm welcome to the community, we are sorry to hear you are struggling to activate your free Netflix.

    To do this follow these steps please;

     

    1 Go to your. My Virgin Media Account:

    • Log in to your account and look for a Netflix banner or tile. 
    • Click on the banner or tile to be directed to Netflix. 
    • Entre the same login in for your online account.

    Any issues let us know.

    I am also having this same problem. I haven't received an activation email & the activation button is missing from my My account. I have contacted VM but still no resolution
