Account paid by Direct Debit

As my account has always been cleared by DD how can it be my fault that the amount taken for last month was £10 short?

    Having the same problem. Told last month's bill wasn't paid. However it goes out by DD every month. And it went out as normal. Awful admin side of things are VM.

    Thanks for posting and welcome back to the community. Sorry to hear of the billing issue.

    Have you checked out the PDF of the breakdown and if so, does it show any package changes made and thus any credits due for those changes, as we advance bill?

      It would appear that I have signed up for a new contract, way in excess of my needs, that I thought I had cancelled within the 14 days allowed but apparently not. The confusion came from believing I was still on the original contract. Thanks
