Account overcharged complaint

Just saw that my account was charged £111.72 this month instead of the usual monthly £34 charge. The bill says the package was £57 and the package change cost was £57 plus some amount owed from the last bill. This is outrageous as I have not changed package and renewed on an offer to keep the same monthly cost back in April. There was an incident where my account was cancelled abruptly due to the moving team’s mistake. I had no internet for a week and was promised that this will be compensated in my next bill. Not only wasn’t I compensated but I was charged even more!

    We're sorry to hear there has been a mis up with your billing. This is something we can certainly check for you but in order to do that I will need to confirm some information with you to pass security. 

    I have sent you a direct message to allow us to do this with you in a private space. If you are using a PC/Laptop then you can just click on the little ✉ at the top right-hand side of the page to access your inbox. If you are on a mobile/tablet device then instead click on the little circle icon in the top right then select 'Messages'. 😊
