Account number

I opened a Virgin account to purchase an internet plan to subscribe, I need an account number which I haven't received. Please help me. Thank you very much.

    We're sorry to hear you've not yet received your account number. This is usually sent to you a few days after you've placed your order and it's been accepted. 

    We're not able to give you the account number via the forums, however we can check your email address is correct and resent the contract.
