Account number

Evening,

So it's seems I am logged into my old cancelled account. I now have a new account number, but it won't allow me to change or move over to my new account which means I can't view my bills or my correct account details. Can you help please get this sorted?

    I also have this problem where I moved and called VM over phone to move my account too. But it's been a week and it still stay on the old account where I couldn't use the connect app.

      I'm sorry to hear you've been unable to register the new online account since moving.

      If you have an alternative email address you can use to register, please do so here with the new account details.
