Access to Netflix
Hi
I recently recontracted on the 18th of October for another few years. I’ve got M500 which is boosted to one gig because we also have O2 mobiles and I have the mega TV option.
However, so far I’ve seen nothing about the free Netflix that’s been advertised on TV, and as far as I can tell I should be due this because I re-contracted after the date this change happened.
yes, I’ve checked my spam folders and I haven’t seen anything of a code..
What do I need to do to get this sorted? I’m a little reluctant to phone up the helpline because I’m almost certainly not gonna follow one of their scripts and I’ll end up making three or four calls to try and get this done
