Absolute disgraceful customer service from virgin media 10 years customer

Virgin media have shown no loyalty to me even after being a customer for over 10 years.  

My account needs to be reconnected and I’ve had lot of trouble in doing so.  Can anybody help?

    If you advise what the disconnection was due to such as moving home, payment problems etc then we may be able to offer more specific help.

    I am so sorry to hear that you are facing an issue with your account, are you able to elaborate further on what has happened so we can best advise? 

    Have your services been disconnected early due to a house move, or have the been disconnected without any prior scheduled work?

      My account was disconnected no one from the loyalty team or retention had offered any sort of loyalty to me. I’ve had to reconnect and they are saying it will take 48hours and still been offered no loyalty price. Can you take a look? Thanks

        To clarify did the disconnection take place as you had requested a cancellation or was this an unexpected disconnection?
