Have you tried making a payment over the phone? Info below from the Other ways to pay your bill section on https://www.virginmedia.com/help/billing-and-payment/make-a-payment
How to pay over the phone.
You can contact us by calling 0800 064 3777.
You’ll need Your Account number and area reference number which you’ll find on your bill.
Once you’ve made a payment, we can securely save your card details so that if you phone us again it’ll be easier for you to make a payment.
