403 Forbidden when I want to pay, VM is ignoring requests and keeps adding late fees

I feel like Im going crazy

For the past 3 months I haven't been able to pay my bills

The payments page give me a 403 Forbidden error whenever I try to login to pay

I reached out to customer service several times, I never gotten a reply or call back, but I keep getting emails saying they've added late payment fees.

This is my last attempt to reach out to Virgin Media before getting Ombudsman involved. There is paper trail of me trying to resolve this issue for a while and VM not acknowledging any of my requests.

Just to confirm, are you getting this error on multiple devices and browsers? Have you tried clearing cookies and cache in the browser? Please get back to us when you can.     Have you tried making a payment over the phone?  Info below from the Other ways to pay your bill section on https://www.virginmedia.com/help/billing-and-payment/make-a-payment

    How to pay over the phone.

    You can contact us by calling 0800 064 3777.

    You’ll need Your Account number and area reference number which you’ll find on your bill.

    Once you’ve made a payment, we can securely save your card details so that if you phone us again it’ll be easier for you to make a payment.
