‘My contract is ending’ Its not though, its got 5 months left.

I keep getting mails saying my contract is nearly up when it has nearly 5 months to go.

Checking, via the app, the link in mail and via chat, all give me wildly different prices some way more, a recent mail linked me to one cheaper but I still don't know why.

None offer me a better hub which would be of interest, this totally feels like they want me locked into another 24months with the same flakey hub, or to sign to some new small print that isn't in my interest.

Its just an annoyance now but as some of the prices are getting cheaper it seems like they are desperate to get me switched.

  • That could well be it, its already in the area but Im not sure when that happened and searching a bit makes it look like it was recent.

    would explain it, looking via voda and pricing seems similar and with a new hub (possibly better) what virgin has offered is a few pounds cheaper a month but keeping my current install, the connection outside is battered (not sure how, the plastic box keeps ending up open to the elements)

    That does give me way more options though, thanks for the reply👌🏼
