Netflix in Spanish

Netflix is locked and in Spanish been on to virgin media and they say they can’t do anything I think my blueyonder account may have been hacked told me to get Netflix to fix it any suggestions

    I'm very sorry to hear about the issue with your Netflix account. 

    To confirm, have you been able to contact Netflix directly to see if they can amend the language?

      Netflix said it needs access code from virgin media contacted vm Friday for the 3rd time and said it will send a new activation code for Netflix I am still waiting for activation code Netflix is still in Spanish been over a week still waiting

        Hey josamjim, thank you for reaching out and I am sorry to hear this.

        Normally this shouldn't need a code, it would of been changed by you personally most likely by accident or set up in Spanish.

        From an iPhone, iPad, Android phone or tablet

        From the Netflix app home screen, tap the profile icon or Menu .

        Tap Manage Profiles.

        Select the profile you want to edit.

        Tap Display Language.

        Select a language. The new language will automatically save.

        Or Other devices

        On a computer or mobile browser, sign in to Netflix.com.

        Select Account.

        Select a profile.

        Select Language.

        Select a Display Language.

        Select Save.

        If you don't see the language change on the device, you may need to sign out and then sign back in.

        Once this has done please changed to English, if you had a Spanish Netflix you would also get different programs to the  UK one. Cheers
