Netflix hacked

I have a netflix account which is billed through virgin media.  As has happened to others our netflix account has spanish profiles appeared and the email address has changed. We have managed to log out the account however can't change the password as says we don't have an account with our usual email address.

Would someone be able advise how we can resolve this

      Problem resolved through online chat. New email address was linked to the account . Which allowed us to change the password
