Check your email junk folder to see if you had any prior notifications from VM.
If the text message you have received looks dubious, one of the VM forum team should reply here within a few days and arrange an adapter for you.

I can confirm we are changing everyone over from a copper line to the new VOIP line, which does require an adapter.
Please can you just confirm the number you got this message / email from? Thanks

I received this message too. It came from 07828 563699. Is it genuine? Difference is date 15th March 2025.
