How to delete a secondary Email

Hi, I have an old blueyonder.co.uk email address that has been hacked. I no longer use this email address and have tried every way I can, but cannot find any way to delete it. Everything is so difficult to follow and really need this to go. I am extremely hard of hearing, so no way I can contact anyone by phone. I did once find a way to see my other secondary email accounts for me and my wife, but the blueyonder one did not show in this list for me to delete. Can anyone please explain to me in simple terms, how I can get rid of it. Or, is there any way I can contact Virgin by chat, as other sites have, and it makes it so much easier for people that are deaf/hard of hearing.
