Essential Security Controls - will not save after changes

I am trying to block access to certain websites, but after selecting the options, I am unable to save the changes. Although I blocked these websites in the morning, I realized my child can still access them, so I don't understand why it has not worked and why the settings will not save after. I get a notification which reads "Sorry the changes you made were not saved, please try again" each time. 

Any recommendations on how I fix this?

      In the meantime changes the DNS on the device(s) to Cloudflare Adult and Malware filters 1.1.1.3 and 1.0.0.3

      Be aware that DNS filters from any source are easily bypassed by curious teenagers

        Yes, I am aware this can be bypassed and I have two very curious teenagers and one extremely curious 12 year old!

        I just want to be able limit the access to certain gaming sites to avoid distractions.

      Welcome to the Community and thanks for taking the time to post here on the forums. I’m sorry to hear of the issues that you’re having with your account. Would you be able to reboot your router and check if this is still happening. If not then, please come back to us here and we can get this looked into further for you via private message. The setting changes can sometimes be resolved with a quick reboot but if that doesn't work we will raise the issues with our support team.

        Any change I make, this message is displayed at the top of the page.

        'Sorry the changes you made were not saved, please try again'
