Childsafe not working

My child safe im has not been working for a few days not I have tried resetting hub etc but nothing is working can someone please help I have 3 children

      Hi I spoke to a member of your team on live chat last night and they said they sorted it from your end but it’s unfortunately still not working

      We do however want to do our best to help. Can you let me know how you are taking the changes for Childsafe? Is this via your online account https://www.virginmedia.com/broadband/parental-control Can you also let me know when this issue first occurred?

    You could in the meantime set the DNS on the children’s devices to 1.1.1.3. That’s the DNS for Cloudflare and should block Adult content.

      How do I go about changing it on there devices please?

        You need to manually set the DNS. Check either the manual (if available) or Google advice for a particular device. Both Cloudflare and OpenDNS provide DNS Servers that block Adult content.
