Virgin Media 360 - Netflix - No Sound
Excuse me asking this afresh but other responses seem to have been archived. I have a V6 box running 360. For Netflix only, other apps are OK and TV ok I get no sound. It has been occassional up to now and a restart of the box has cured. Reloading Netflix alone does not resolve. Today i have restarted twice, checked other apps, tried reloading Netflix, xhecked connections and speed and still get no Netflix sound. I know from past experience that if I contact Netflix they will recommend restarting the box which won't assist. Any thoughts or suggestions on a fix? Thanks789Views0likes2CommentsLost sound on V6
Last night the sound was ok on the V6, this morning it had gone. All connections are ok. TV has sound from other sources. I just called 151 and got sent a link. It ran some diagnostics and then froze. Hi, I've got the 1gb volt package and connected thru a denon x6500 receiver for surround sound. I'm find that when using Netflix via the smart tv app every few minutes I'm losing the sound to the denon,only for less than a second but it is noticeable in surround sound. I've done a speed test using the netflix speed tester and it shows a down load speed of 90mbps, could that be the cause as it seems low ?
