VM email not working with Gmail app
Hi I've merged my VM and 02 accounts as requested and was forced to also changed my password. I'm able to log in to my emails via a web browser but the Gmail app that I've used to years no longer recognises my account details. I've even tried to remove the account and re-add it. The IMAP settings remain as they were, and published on the VM support pages. Has anyone else experienced this, and can anyone shed any light into why this has happened or how to resolve it? I've tried to reach out to support by phone and Web chat but receive no response!244Views1like15CommentsCannot load HUB 4 settings via '192.168.0.1', page is unresponsive on all devices.
Hi, We have been experiencing slow speeds for our Hub 4 wi-fi, supposedly on the 1GB package. We are seeing speeds of about 150-200mbps. Regardless of this, I thought the slowness could have been caused by some hub settings, so I did a factory reset (3 times now, firstly via settings page, and then twice using the reset pin on the hub itself), and I am now unable to load the hub settings page post-login. It times out and says the page is unresponsive. Due to this I now cannot change my SSID or passwords, or split out the networks into 2G and 5G channels. Any help would be appreciated.Solved8.2KViews0likes42CommentsUnifi UXG Lite settings + Modem 5x 10gig
Super excited to get Virgin into the property (only 6-7 weeks late without internet..that's another story) and I was happily surprised with the plug-and-play nature of connecting the UXG Lite to the 10Gig port (yes, 10Gig, I honestly was expected 2.5gig). My issue happened when I set the Virgin Hub into modem mode (thank you to the person - sorry, I didn't record the name! - who shared the link as it's not available in the GUI (http://192.168.0.1/?page=modemmode), where post reboot and green LED, going to 192.168.100.1, went to nowhere. Checked Unifi and I could see that the G2 Plus can see the internet. It sees that there is the potential for a connection, but no joy on actually getting the connection. Context: Previously used PPPoE with BT G.Fast Changed to DHCP under IPv4 (v6 disabled) I had seen mention of choosing VLAN 6 for it to work..no joy Are there any specific settings USG, UDM or UXG users are using or can share for connecting in Modem-only mode?1.3KViews0likes5CommentsHub 5
Hi. I have just had a hub 5 upgrade from a hub 3. I spent the evening resetting half my devices with the new details. I woke up this morning to find these devices off but the others now working. When I go into the hub 5 settings it's reverted back to my old settings access point names and passwords. Is this from some sort of backup? If so why didn't the engineer know then I wouldn't of needed to reset stuff. I'm confused 😕Solved4KViews0likes4Comments
