Replacement TIVO remote
I recently ordered a replacment TIVO remote, but when it arrived, it looked more like a V6 remote (although the accompanying sticker directed me to the .../tivoremotehelp web page). Anyway, I can't get the new remote to talk to the TIVO box, making me think either it really is a V6 remote, or I need to do something special (the TIVO remote help page says it should connect to the box without any faffing). Before I start the tortuous route of trying to get through to Virgin Media, could I be missing something - e.g., is there some sort of pairing I should be trying? Regards, Cliff Cooley
