Great Customer Service!
Hi all, Virgin Media have notoriously had awful customer service in the past however the most recent call I had with the customer care team member Daniel was great. He was able to help and even have arrangements in place to support any further calls that would happen! Get that man a raise!!Positive feedback

Hi there, how do I go about giving positive feedback for the technician that installed a new system at my home today? I don't have access to the email account on record (where the survey email is being sent!) but I think his service needs rewarding. Any help would be much appreciated. Thank you - PJ
