can't add 2nd passkey
I have trying for the past hour to add a 2nd passkey to my VM account, my 1st passkey is for my pc and i want to add a 2nd on my phone. In the VM app when i select "Add Passkey" on the manage passkeys screen, it gives the error "your passkey wasn't verified please try again or choose another way to sign in" so i select "sign in another way" it goes to the text code entry screen, i enter the code sent in the text message and select submit, it goes back to the manage passkeys screen with the message "You've cancelled adding a new passkey" and it ends up with me in a loop of select add passkey > submit text code > back to manage passkeys with the above message. am i missing something or is the app just borked?34Views0likes4CommentsCan't log into skysports
Hi, All of a sudden I cant login to skysports(endless loop of email verification), so I logged into my account and went to account settings there i had to create a passkey and link virgin account, but I still can't login using a passkey. Struggled to log in to my desktop VM site, and email on desktop and phone. Eventually managed to sort that, but now I can't login to MYO2, VMConnect etc on phone. Keeps asking for a passkey. I've enabled my Google account passkey, but can't set one up for VM or O2 related apps. I've tried using a different verification method, and get an email sent to me to verify. However, when I click the verify button, it still doesn't work. Can anyone help?Solved183Views0likes7Comments
