Checking Date of Birth is correct on VM?
Can anyone point me in the right direction please? I renewed my VM contract a few weeks ago and was given an O2 sim but I have failed to link my O2 account and VM account since. I'm stuck on the page where you enter date of birth and postcode. I'm just off the phone with O2 and all the details are correct their end and have suggested checking on my virgin account whether my date of birth is correct. I can't see anywhere on my account (web or app) that allows me to check my DOB. I'm slowly losing the plot here and cannot port my number to O2 until I have a linked account so I can see all the O2 details! Hope someone can help, thanks.18Views0likes2CommentsO2 sim not arrived
We recently joined virgin and wanted to take advantages of the SIM cards offered with the broadband to increase our home speeds. we have the volt benefits on our account and are getting the double internet speed offer. However our sims cards never arrived and we don’t have o2 accounts so can’t talk to them about the missing SIM cards as they don’t know we exist. Hi we're moving house very soon and have about 6 months on our contract. Unfortunately Virgin isn't available at our new house :-(. Looking online I'll have to cancel but wondering what happens with the O2 Sim card? We don't use it so would prefer this to end to buy I'm not sure what will happen I.e. would we have to pay out the rest of the contract. Would be disappointed if we did as it was a requirement for signing up to Virgin in the first place and we'd been staying if it was available at the new house!535Views0likes1Comment
