Flat address not showing on postcode finder
I am trying to move my services from one address to another. The flat above has a VM connection, and is the only flat showing on the postcode finder. My flat cannot be selected. VM promise to send out an engineer, but I can't get any update on whether that's happened. Can anyone help?Move Virgin Cable Entry Point
Hi, I'm having a media wall installed and I'd like to have the Virgin cable entry point moved to a more appropriate location. I understand there's a £25 charge for this which I'm happy with, so could a Virgin representative contact me to arrange a date for an engineer visit? Many thanks, Jonathan
