Email access issues p/w failure out of the blue
I access my emails on my phone and have had no issues until today when, out of the blue, it said there was a problem signing into my account. I've gone to use my password but it says it's wrong which concerns me in case it's been hacked. I can access my emails via the Virgin app but cannot find any way of changing the password for my email (@ntlworld.com a/c) so I can reset it. Any help would be appreciated.Subscription emails
Up until the 24 June, I regularly received newsletter emails from companies I had subscribed to e.g. indeed.com, Cos and Secret Escapes. All of them have stopped coming to my inbox despite adding them to safe senders list. They work fine when I have suscribed with my Gmail account & used to work fine for years. Hi, after looking on Google this seemed to be the place to come to get an old ntlworld email account deleted. Somebody in the USA is using my email address. I can't log on to my old account as I haven't been a VM customer for over a year. Can someone please help me? Many thanks, Peter
