Hacked ntlworld email account

Hi, after looking on Google this seemed to be the place to come to get an old ntlworld email account deleted. Somebody in the USA is using my email address. I can't log on to my old account as I haven't been a VM customer for over a year. Can someone please help me? Many thanks, Peter

    Thanks for taking the time to contact us via the Community. It's lovely having you on board with us in the Forums. ⭐

    I can see I've already picked this up and we're in a private message off the back of a post you made on another thread.

    Please make sure you are only posting once about your issue. If you need to update the thread then just reply to your original thread rather than creating a new one. We understand it's frustrating when something's not right however posting more than once about the same fault makes the boards look busier than what they actually are. It also means we could take longer to reply due to needing to sift through duplicate posts.

    Have a look at my reply via private message and stick there so we keep all the information in one place.
