REMOVEL OF VIRGIN CABLE AND BOX
Hi to who it may concern I recently joined virgin the install guys (cable pullers) have accessed my property and decided to drill in to it with out me being there and also had been asked by my nabour to ring me before hand thay have put it in the incorrect place and has now caused damage to my property customer services is shocking iv now asked 3x to remove it I have also cancelled the package as the customer service is shocking (2hr to talk to someone is a joke then thay don't action anything I'm hoping that some could arrange this cable to be removed and to be sorted asapPole Junction Box Damage
I have tried to call, but there seems to be no suitable options. We have a fibre line and the junction box on the pole outside our house is hanging off. It will need some urgent attention as is hanging by the fibre lines. How do I go about getting hold of someone to sort this issue please?Damaged cable that runs through my driveway
Hi, the cable entry to my house goes through the middle of my driveway (about an inch underground). The cable was accidentally damaged whilst renovating the drive. Is it possible to fix and relocate the cable so it goes around the edge of the drive instead?Virgin Media installation left damaged to outside and inside of property
I had an engineer install my virgin media router and fibre cable today. I told them where I would like the router which was next to where I had my sky router. This was so it could be next to my TV and consoles. They said okay and said they would use the wall along the side of my house, I presumed they would hide the wire in the wall to route it around or at least hide it well however they absolutely butchered my living room. In addition to this they broke the brick on the front of my house while drilling in. I now don't know what to do as I can't change the wiring myself however it is so appallingly bad I cannot keep my living room like this! I also must add that they have added a thing to the wall where the cable enters the room which requires a power cable. They put this box in an area of my living room where there is no plug and instead used one of my power extension leads to plug it in which is not a permanent solution and will not be acceptable! I'm really annoyed at how awfully this took place and I dread to think how difficult this will be to fix. They didn't even hoover up from the drilling.
