Unable to register account
I moved house, my old account was cancelled and a new one set up with a new account number and contract. I get emails RE bills and my contract to the original account email address. If I sign into my account it shows me only the old contract information and the old bills, nothing about the new contract or account. Ive called support and have been told I need to register a new account with a new email address. Every time I do I am told that something went wrong. I have tried different browsers, reset the cache, different email addresses, everything. I called back and was told to just try again later. I have been trying to access my account details for over 4 months now and I cant. Calling support has not helped. I need this resolving asap.32Views0likes2CommentsNo account number
Hi, I'm unable to reschedule the appointment to deliver my wifi hub as I don't have a MyVirginMedia account. However, I'm unable to create an account as I do not have an account number. I did receive a contract when I signed up but the account number and area reference sections were both left blank. I have not paid any bills yet either so do not have my account number on there. Hello, I signed up using my email but then had to cancel this order as there was a mistake with the postcode. I then re-signed up using same email address, but now i cannot access the new account when signing in it just brings me to the old cancelled one. Hi, I have moved home for more than a month and got a new contract. However, my online account details still cannot be migrated, it's still showing my old account number, details, bills etc. The Virgin Fault team told me multiple times that they would fix this problem and do the migration, however, two months passed without any progress. However, my online account details are still showing my old property, account number, bills, etc. I have tried to speak to customer service to get this resolved but I have not been able to get assistance.
