Email not recognised
I can’t send emails on my phone (samsung) it just goes to outbox, so i tried clearing cache (didn’t work) and clearing data which didn’t work also. When trying to re add my email i keep getting an error message of pop3 or imap not enabled but all those settings are fine. Trying to reset my password for my ntlworld account and now get the error message of ‘email not recognised’ yet it’s been fully working for 10+ years and is used daily so it’s fully activated and in use yet it’s not recognised. I don’t have a secondary email linked to my account so i can’t use that method either, this is a highly important email account as it’s for business and personal use, which i cannot access at all no matter what i try. I have just ordered a new wifi hub and broadband for my new place I’m renting. The website crashed as I paid, money has come out of my account however I’ve only had one email with the subject: Virgin Media Order Documents. I didn’t make an account yet, it won’t let me sign up without an area code and account number. How am I meant to get my account number before I’ve made an account. they have emailed me too but when I ask for a password reset… I receive no email. i literally just want to know if my order has gone through yet or not
