Pixelation
I’ve been seeing quite a bit of pixelation of late. Random channels at random times. Currently watching The Challenge (MTV 134) that was aired at 02:45 this morning (14/11/25). Hi, We have a problem with our TV service (on both V6 and TIVO boxes in that we lose channels and/or get pixelated pictures for a period of time - the same channels on both boxes at the same time, and approximately at the same time each night (early evening). I went to the web site to see if there were any issues; when I first log in, I get the message but if I press the "Still having issues?" button, I get the messages: What on earth is going on - any ideas? Hi, I’ve noticed recently that when I watch programmes recorded on my TiVo via my V6, if the PIN is required it’s asking me for it at least twice before playing. I have never changed the PIN from the factory setting so I know I’m putting in the right PIN. Does this happen to anyone else and does anyone know why this is happening? I have two Tivo boxes both hard wired to the router. The original (main) box is in the living room with the second in the bedroom. When watching a program recorded on the bedroom box on our main TV via the main Tivo box it often gets interrupted saying the connection has been lost. I have checked all the cable connections and restarted the router and both Tivo boxes but the problem persists. What else should I be doing?116Views0likes7CommentsV6 box stuck on loop
Hi I had to reset my V6 box because it was out of storage and it is saying that it'll take an hour; it's been going back to the welcome screen and then saying that this could take up to an hour. It's been 3 hours now and it's showing a download sign; again it's just in a constant loop. I've checked all the cables and changed it to a different room and it's still the same. I have also tried to hold the power button and the - button but it's still doing the same thing. Any help is appreciated. Hi, I am getting the dreaded screen pixelation and W02 error on both my V6 and TIVO boxes. They occur at about the same time on both boxes, and affect the same channels on each. In addition the problem seems to occur at about the same time (19:30) every evening. I have tried all the recommended tries to fix the problem, but to no avail - the problems persist (although it seems that everything recovers itself later in the evening or by the morning). My tv is glitching so badly from the bottom of the screen upwards when watching certain channels or certain recordings. It makes them unwatchable and then we end up just having to delete them. Ive gone through all the help on the app with the box and broadband. It says i have an issue but just keeps telling me to restart the box which i have done numerous times and im trying to chat to anyone online but it doesnt allow me to use that option. Help please!!!!
