TNT subscription - Can activation be sped up?
Hi there, Like I guess a lot of cycle racing enthusiasts I added TNT to my package a few days ago, via VirginMedia account online. It says 24-48 hrs to be available, it's been 48. Is there any way we can get it activated soon please? The Classics are coming! Cheers,TNT Removed from package
Hi - I am furious that TNT seems to have been removed from my package despite it still showing in 2 places on 'My Account' page as being included in the Maxit package. Inclusion BT/TNT sports was the thing that persuaded me to upgrade to Maxit TV package on an unsolicited marketing call. When I logged on to watch the cricket I discovered it had disappeared, at first thinking this was a technical issue I contacted customer service and after 3 hours on the WhatsApp the agent was still unable or unwilling to say that it had been part of the package and removed or explain why still shown in graphics on my account page as part of current service. All they could do was try and charge me an extra £18 to watch it!! I am still waiting for a response to the complaint I have submitted but suspect will be pointed to small print in T's & C's which I will have to accept. Still is around happy customer service and value for money so at least only need to wait til December to break all ties with VM and go elsewhere.TNT removed without any notification
Seems like this has happened to lots of people. I had the most expensive maxxit package, which I was perfectly happy with and planning to renew. Then Virgin got rid of TNT sport from it without warning (and I checked back through all my emails to make sure there was no notification about this), while still charging me full price. I tried to ring up and they said since they were no longer allowed to offer it as part of my package, they could only offer it as a paid add-on (then tried to offer me an absolutely terrible deal where I'd "only" pay something like £8 extra per month for the first 3 months, of something I'm already paying for!). Generally I've been happy with the package, but I will cancel when my term is up in Feb if this is not fixed (and complain to the relevant regulatory body before that). One of the main reasons I went with the package in the first place was to be able to watch BT (now TNT) and Sky Sports, so finding this very irritating. Please resolve.Cancelling TNT Sport
Hi, Having a bit of a nightmare trying to get a good deal as I am about to be out of contract and current discounts are ending. I am being offered (online) to renew what I have for £107 (£136 if I do nothing, currently paying £101). This contains TNT Sport which I don't want. If I re-contract with TNT Sport included can I cancel TNT Sport straight away and save £18? Or is it part of the price I am being offered? If I try to customise my package offer I can add things but I cannot take TNT Sport away. Thanks in advance. Ian.

I'm in the same situation with the renewal link, but I'm dubious about using it because of the fear of losing TNT. This is what I see when clicking the renewal link. There is no mention of TNT at all throughout the process, other than the page where it says, "What I have now, and click the link to keep the same "without losing a thing. Call me suspicious, but I think I have PTSD from my last run-in with Virgin Medai, and the £450 I got back was not worth it!Tnt sports removed on renewal but still advertised as included on the maxit tv package.
Tnt sports has been removed from my tv when I renewed online even though my contract clearly states I have maxit tv and tnt sports is advertised as part of the maxit tv package. Customer service on the telephone no help and they directed me to online help who directed me to whatsapp help who have then not responded. Would not have renewed if tnt wasn't advertised as part of the package. Any ideas how to sort this out or will I have to go through ofcom?Re: Remove TNT Sports addon
Hi, I have the same issue - I never realised (my fault) the TNT Sports was now an £18 ‘extra’ from September 2023, and as I never watch it, I would like it removed from my package (the contract comes to an end 02/09/2024, with a price increase, and this will reduce the ongoing cost)TNT or Virgin Media on MacBook not available
I have tried to download the Virgin TV GO app through the website for Mac but when it goes through to the Apple Store it links to the iPhone version and so unavailable. is there a way of downloading Virgin TV Go app for a MacBook or even watching Virgin TV on a MacBook (ideally so I can watch my TNT sports subscription). the firing media website does state the below so it should be available for a desktop Mac... TNT Sport Stuttering using Windows 10 laptop
There appears to be a problem watching TNT Sports channels on my Windows 10 laptop (using Edge as a browser). The picture is always stuttering or going to slow motion. It makes it unwatchable. All other channels are fine. And any other video sites are fine too. This has been happening for a few months now.
