Embarrassingly slow speed
My internet speed the last few weeks has been incredibly slow compared to what it was before. Typically I have been able to break at least 50mb/s on my computer but as of the last few weeks I can barely break 20mb/s with occasional dips to <10mb/s for considerable periods of time. I have gone through each step typically recommended on the status check website including: resetting the router, changing position and re-plugging. I've even tried alternative methods like changing my DNS IP on the computer to see if that was the issue but to no avail. If anyone could please look into my router for me I would really appreciate it. I can provide the name account holder and additional details if needed. I will also confirm that this is not an issue with my computer as the Wi-Fi is also very slow even when I'm right next to the router. FYI I use an ethernet cable. Hello, We've been having issues with our Hub 3.0 for the last few months where it's showing a stable red light on the front rather than a green/white light. I've read online that it's an overheating issue, but it doesn't feel hot to touch. Its been sat in a well ventilated space and I've tried resetting the router multiple times but it stays the same. We've noticed our internet connection is really slow at times and sometimes disconnects completely from the laptop and mobiles. Any support in this would be much appreciated.387Views0likes1Comment
