Changing the way you sign in to My Virgin Media
On 19 June I received the Email below from Virgin Media I have attempted to log i to my Virgin Media but neither the Virgin Media nor the third party Email addresses work with the password. I have tried to phone customer help but they didn't seem to know about this change. Anyone got any suggestions on how I log in to my 6 Email address? Struggled to log in to my desktop VM site, and email on desktop and phone. Eventually managed to sort that, but now I can't login to MYO2, VMConnect etc on phone. Keeps asking for a passkey. I've enabled my Google account passkey, but can't set one up for VM or O2 related apps. I've tried using a different verification method, and get an email sent to me to verify. I need to set up a new App password to connect the VM mail server to my outlook client. This password will take this form: word-next-more-last. Before recent changes, I had more than once changed this password. I recorded the procedure: Sign in to My Virgin Media Go to Account settings, then Account details Tap Manage next to Manage your Virgin Media Mail app password under Virgin Media Mail Then, under Virgin Media Mail app password tap Generate new App password and follow the instructions. A new secure password will be generated for you. Now the Virgin Media Mail settings tab takes you to the identity and security options! Hi I need help logging in to my virgin media account please. I have a new account but it’s using the same email as my old account was. When I go to login my password doesn’t work and when I try reset it, it simply won’t let me. I can’t register again as it says the my email is already registered. Hi I have two virgin media broadband packages in my name. One at my parents address which I set up while I was living there and opted to leave it active as they are still there. I've now moved out and got a separate virgin media package for myself. The issue I'm having is that I signed up for my virgin media with the details of the first package and now have no way to access details to my new package or make/add an account on my virgin media. So when I sign in all I see is my parents account details. Is it possible to add an account for my new package? Or even make a new my virgin media account for it?
