Hello My Name is Maisie, my son has been InTouch with you i believe to ask about getting my password reset as he is trying to setup my emails on a tablet he brought me for Christmas and he has said i need to get in touch with you to sorting this, is this something you can help me with please?

reading emails problems
I am not sure I will be able to explain my problem being 84 years old . On looking at my emails when after looking at one email when I go on to the next email the one I looked stays red I then go onto the next one that goes red with a statement saying 2 messages selected and so on . I found if I right click on the red one the red disappears and I can go on to the next and so on. I am sure no one can understand my rubbish query. lol
