Re: Audio Description Will Not Turn Off ITV1
I am unable to turn off the audio description on ITV1 (103) on my Stream Box. I have tried everything including a factory reset. Using the button with the three dots on the remote control on ITV1 (and ITV1 +1) does not reveal the audio options as it does on the other channels. Any programme that contains an audio description on ITV1, including films and soaps are unwatchable on the stream box and I may have to return it. Hi Zoe, I have tied various browsers on various devices and I keep getting the following message:- “Your email or password was incorrect.
